Donno if its due to the incompatibility with 700wx or just the piece that i bought. Rating - Great when you get the wright stuff!!! My order was shipped to me some what quick but it was the wrong part/item. it took almost a month to return item and send me the right item. this works well with my Treo 650 and I've had no problems. Rating - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The product was defective (cracked) and almost burned my car's lighter. Now I understand the $0.01 price + $4.99 shipping expense. Isn't this seller making their money from the shipping expenses!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. AMAZON SHOULD BAN THIS SELLER FROM ITS WEBPAGE! Eventually, the plastic completely cracked. I wasn't too upset, because I got such a bargain.
