It costs about $1 per bag for 27 bags (items & shipping total if you go for the lowest 3rd party distributor). This is definitely not a HEPA cloth bag that costs $9 for TWO at SEARS, but it's not as thick as the SEARS HEPA bag, and it actually holds more dirt and dust. No problems with the bag.
