This phone battery was exactly what I ordered, came completely charged, and works great. I received the battery very soon, although it was one day later than the projected time of delivery. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I ordered two of the batteries for my cell phone. Sorry that neither of the batteries would hold charge. I will go to Motorola, to get the batteries that will hold charge.

Battery was DOA. Will not take a charge either. They evidently sent me the non-working version. Too much trouble to deal with this seller. Bought a new battery at the cell provider's retail store. It was much more expensive, but it is the working version so we can use the phone again.
