Rating  - Very poor quality
I purchased this chair and had to return it a few weeks later. I noticed a rivet was missing when I first set it up, but I determined the chair would be OK without it. Then after it was on the deck for a few weeks and it rained a few times, the chair was dripping rust all over our deck. Apparently the inside of the tubing is uncoated and it rusted everywhere.
I told Amazon about it and they sent me a return label to print, however I had to pay for the shipping and a restocking fee!!
Restocking? It is a piece of junk. Give me a break!!
Rating  - Help, I'm reclining and I can't get up ...
I could really love this chair if only I could get in and out of it without so much difficulty. At full recline, the zero gravity effect is wonderful. However, for as much as I want to use this chair, getting into and out of it is just too challenging.
P.S. I'm a senior and I'm tall. Thirty years ago, no big deal!
Rating  - Very happy with this product.
I bought this recliner for my father for Father's Day. He has been using it almost every day since and leaves it outside with no problems. It arrived quickly and needed no assembly. I will order more of these in the future.

Chairs or well made and sturdy. Very comfortable! I purchased two and love the ease of reclining in them. I would like to have had the instructions but they are not included for some reason. The round levers to lock and unlock the recline positions are underneath the arm rest. Push levers forward to lock into a reclining position of your choice. To recline with ease, make sure to put your feet on the black bar that rest on the ground. The pillow is removable and ajustable, and can be moved down to rest against your back. The chairs almost fold themselves for storage. I saved my boxes to store them over the winter. The mesh material on the chairs is water proof and can be hosed down to clean.
Rating - Chairs comfortable, but with concerns
These chairs are really comfortable, but the metal bars already show signs of rust where the finish was nicked. They are really ackward to move just a few feet, but folding and unfolding them is easy. I have a friend who says the binding on hers broke after one season, but that she replaced it easily.
