I did not order it from Amazon but i went and upgraded my phone at a local t-mobile store. I'm still getting to know my blackberry it has a lot more functions the a normal cell phone. Rating - product has design flaw Track ball will detach from phone within weeks of purchase rendering it useless. Don't buy this phone unless you want to puchase another phone shortly thereafter to replace the first one. Rating - Blackberry Pearl...cool...but not for me! Blackberry pearl is a cool phone...i got the white...but i miss my sony ericsson phone it was more of a media phone...i could take good quality pictures and listen music and stuff and the ring was way way louder...this is definitely a business phone...and recommend it if you are looking for that... Rating - I Love this phone! I am 23 and have had a cell phone for 7 yrs+ now (not the same one) and I have had just about every type of phone that has come out. I started out with at&t and their service and customer support was TERRIBLE. I have had t-mobile ever since I cancelled the at&t account and I have always had great coverage, customer support and awesome phones. I was looking into getting a chocolate but the bad reviews scared me away. I'm so glad I got a Ruby Pearl: the camera takes decent pictures, there's great connection to the interent and t-zones, you can d/l music and videos, and you can always upgrade your memory; plus the plans t-mobile offers with this phone make it affordable, especially with the family plan I purchased. I highly recommend this phone.
