- Over hyped
The product was over hyped by the manufacturer. I could not achieve a good fit and thus the sound canceling technology did not work very well.

So I returned it and am going with a less expensive BT headset.

absolute waste of money. Our old bluetooth broke and this seemed a better replacement but it fails to recharge properly and the sound quality is poor. I would not recommend it.

Has worked as promised with little, or no fuss. Both my wife and I were hesitant to try as we heard most Bluetooth earpieces were average at best. The Aliph Jawbone has delivered extremely good performance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've gone through about 6-8 bluetooth headsets and this is the best by far. I wish the volume was a little louder and in the wind, the headset doesn't work any better than others. However, when it comes to general noise reduction, there is no comparison to this headset. It appears to block 90%-95% of extraneous noise. Well worth the $70-$75 cost from Amazon.
