Rating  - Good sound, painful to wear
The quality of the product is pretty obvious when you open the package. The sound quality, on both ends, is fantastic. I had a radio blasting in the car and the person on the other end couldn't hear it. I was pleased in that regard and the quality was truly exceptional.
The problem for me was three major areas. The size made it simply unwieldy and it didn't fit well in my pocket when it wasn't in use. It was painful to wear for longer than about 30 minutes, which isn't exactly a long time on a California commute. Lastly, the button styling and placement made them difficult to use. I found I had to grip the jawbone with two fingers to properly activate the buttons or I'd end up just ramming it further into my ear.
The product is good in some ways, but fell down in major ways for me making it a very poor purchase in the end. If you're the type that likes the "in-ear" feel, then perhaps this product is right for you provided you also like alien facehuggers.
Rating  - Jawbone Hits the Mark (doesn't necessarily stay there)
The Jawbone is a pleasure to use. I was driving down the street with the window open in heavy traffic and the person I was talking to heard me as if I was in a quiet room. Sudden noises like a horn honking from the car beside me could interfere a bit, but even then not badly.
The only problem I see with the Jawbone is that it doesn't stay fit to your ear very easily, which can sometimes interfere with the quality of sound that you are hearing.
I've had a couple Motorola bluetooths before this purchase and the quality of the Jawbone is 10 times better than my previous headsets. Another thing about the Jawbone is that it was comfortable. Previous headsets always hurt/irritated my ear if I had them on too long. Not this one.
Two thumbs..., er...um..., I mean two ears up for the Aliph Jawbone.
Rating  - Best Blue Tooth I have ever bought
I have a motorola blue tooth that functions fine but it is not the greatest when out of the car. This headset is much clearer, functions better, and fits better. I am very pleased with this. It is easy to use, easy to charge, and fits very nicely without feeling strange like some other devices do. It also fits firmly against your face and ear where my motorola dangles and is loose fitting (no matter which ear piece I put on it). Good value for the money in form, fit, and function.
Rating - Best Blue tooth so far
So far this is the best blue tooth I've bought so far. I had a basic Motorola that sucked & a Cardo that was ok but had a bunch of static. Overall this is a pretty good one though it is a bit bulky. I can be heard clearly and thogh the volume is slightly low, it hears good too. Not sure about the noise reduction
