Good sound quality but difficult to put on. Also, the earpiece does not always stay in place if, say, car rolls over bumps or uneven surfaces.

I have been using my Jawbone for approximately one month and found the sound quality and volume for both parties to be excellent particularly in locations with A LOT of background sound. However the wind screen is still a problem and will cause so much static you are not heard on the other end. But this is a minor concern unless you are outside frequently. More of an issue for me was trying to get the thin wire earpiece to fit securely so the sensor would contact my jawbone (cheek bone actualy). Ultimately I broke the wire and although the unit comes with extra wire ear pieces I no longer can wear it on my prefered side. Over all I rated the Jawbone high because of it's superior ability to provide excellent sound transmission and reception but it lost a star because of the wind screen and difficulty in adjusting the thin wire earpiece. Reminder, starting July 1st in California it will be illegal to drive without a handsfree device.

I always do research before I purchase something. I read about the problem with the fit and keeping the ear piece in your ear. I also read about how great the sound was. I read the reviews on cnet.com as well as here on Amazon. Well, the reviews were correct. The sound was terrific. The ability to keep it on my ear was the problem. I even bought the jabra eargels that were recommended in a cnet.com review. They didn't work. It was so frustrating that I finally returned the jawbone. To much of a problem trying to figure out how to keep the jawbone on my ear. After I returned it, I purchased the blueant z9. Wonderful earpiece. Easy to wear and terrific sound! I highly recommend this headset (blueant z9)!

This was a total waste of $79. It is very uncomfortable to wear. I tried all the differents size ear devices and none work well. It is hard to put on. I have to look in a mirror and use both hands. People on the other end say I sound like I'm in a tunnel, if they can hear me at all! I have gone back to using my old Palm Treo earpiece which I can put on with one hand and people can actually hear me! What a waste of money!
