The product came with oil still on it. The pictures in the guide booklet were washed white so it was hard to tell what i needed to do, what each thing was for (which it didnt even say), and how to thread the thing. One good thing about it is it came threaded. I never got to use the machine because on my first use, it would jam after 2 stitches so I returned it the next day.

- Machine & Replacement Machine Never Worked
It appears as it SHOULD work, however, the first machine arrived with a bent foot as well as was drenched in machine oil and the second (replacement) machine arrived with a broken needle and driving belt had fallen off. I've spent a total of 6hrs on both machines disassembling and reassembling and am no stranger to sewing in general; however, I could not ONCE get either machine to sew one stitch. Avoid this machine like the plague! After trying a couple of different machines under $80, I'd recommend not buying any sewing machine for under $150! This was a great lesson in you-get-what-you-pay-for. You'd be better off sewing by hand.
