Rating  - outstanding!
Works well even in windy conditions. The radio has longer range than expected- easily through residential walls. Controls are easy to use. Voice recognition via the headset works reliably. Battery life very good. Downsides- a bit hard to fit to the ear quickly and the interchangeable in-ear buttons fall off easily.
Rating  - Fantastic sound, but shoddy construction
I purchased this headset with very high hopes. Indeed, the noise cancellation feature works very well. I would often call my family and friends while standing next to a busy street corner, and they would be none the wiser. The sound quality is excellent.
However, there are major quality control problems. The charging port on the bottom of the headset gets stuck in the charging adapter, and after several weeks or months of use, it will completely come off. This renders the device inoperable, because you are no longer able to successfully charge it.
After this happened to my first headset, I contacted the company and they quickly replaced it. However, the replacement developed the exact same problem in a manner of weeks. I will contact the company again, and I am sure that they will replace it again, but I am not confident that the next replacement will be free of the same defect.
As cool as the noise cancellation feature is, and as good as the outgoing sound is, I cannot in good conscience recommend this headset until they sort out the quality control problems. Still, I am giving it 4 stars, because when it works it works very well. Caveat emptor.
Rating - Nice Headset
The headset works well with my iPhone, but since I haven't used other bluetooth headsets, I really don't have anything to compare it to. I have friends who had headsets from other manufacturers such as Motorola and I would comment to them their headset sounded horrible. I haven't had any complaints when I talk on the Jawbone. I've asked some how I sounded. I've been told it sounds pretty clear, even better than my corded Plantronics one I had previously. I haven't had any problems with getting a good fit or breaking off the ear loops. My only gripe is that I paid extra for the 3-5 days shipping from Amazon, and it still took over 8 days to receive ... so save your money and go with the free shipping.
Rating  - Defective Product - returned
I have bought 3 of these items for employees and they are all wonderful. BUT, this one, which is the ONLY one in bulk packaging, was poor with lots of static. I don;t know if the different packaging effected the product (unlikely) , but I did return this item and instead of a replacement, I got the refund and used it to buy the same item in the standard packaging. The price is the same (within a couple of bucks).
