- Good sound, poor holding position
Decent sound quality, but since it sticks inside the ear and does not have any other hooks, it does not keep position firmly enough and can fall down eventually.

The WEP410 headset is very comfortable and sound is great. The only negative thing I've found is that it doesn't use mini usb connection for recharging. For price, quality and comfort, I highly recommend it.

- Very light and sleek design
Sound quality and weight of this product is excellent. The only cons I find about this product is, it is hard to press the buttons to talk or end. It always ends call instead of making a voice dial function. Battery like is not so great, last probably less than 3 hours. Sound is great and loud enough.

My 2 cents note: Try to get something with better battery life........

I love that the headset is small and in the ear. I really dislike how the over-the-ear types fit while I'm wearing glasses or sunglasses. Additionally, the in-the-ear design makes for a much clearer sound.
