The only drawback is there tends to be static through the headset if you have your phone in your pocket.
Rating  - Used it everyday for one year
I used this headset everyday for a year before the battery went dead. I would charge it over night and it would last over an hour straight when it was new but over time the battery life would only last about half an hour. As for the sound quality, As the listener, I thought it was great. It was as clear as the phone. My wife would complain though when I would use it while talking to her. She could tell a difference on the other end and didn't like me using it.
All in all after considerable use of this product, I would not recommend this product. I love my Motorola Razr phone, but with the H700 the negatives out weigh the positives. It is compact, wireless, and good listening quality, but the battery time/life are small, and the microphone quality are poor.
Rating  - beware of the good deal
I lost my bluetooth ear piece and looked to Amazon for a replacement. Found this one at a great price. Since I had used an H700 before, I knew what to get. When it arrived, in a plastic bag inside an envelope, I was a little disappointed. So I followed directions and began to use the bluetooth. It ran down the first day and I thought it was the newness. When it continued to run down quickly, I contacted the sales company and they have only an exchange policy but would refund my money if they remember to do it, so I am sending the letter he sent. I hope to get my refund.
Rating - A gift for my brother in law
I ad previously purchased this from another store for almost double the cost .. That too was a gift for my cousin. It has been working fine for the past 6 months and when i had to buy a gift for my brother in law who had recently purhased a "pearl" mobile, i thought of getting this bluetooth headset .. it paired without any problem with his phone and also with my sister's LG phone (I do not remember the model) .. i had also tested it before with my V3i. My sister did mention about lot of background noise which i had not noticed.
For me, the headset worked decently and the sound quality was good. I called my wife and she said she could hear me well and i too did not have any problem hearing her voice .. overall i was satisfied with my purchase
