Rating  - The Best Thing Ever!
So much better than a tea kettle or a pot of water on the stove! Even better than heating water in the microwave. Fast and easy - perfect for 1 or several servings of anything requiring a cup or 2 of hot water.
Rating - Fast Hot Water, saves energy
This unit creates boiling hot water in about 20 secs.. No more heating an element on the stove and a pot of water for 1 cup of coffee.
Rating  - Hot, Hot, Hot Shot
Pros: easy storage, easy to use, heats quick
Cons: The water is exteremly hot, like boiling hot.
Overall, the product is great and serves it's purpose very well but make sure to let it cool down for awhile first before consuming your drink.
Rating - It's nice, BUT...
This hot water dispenser is nice, but not as nice as the white one. The 'heat' button is easier to press on the white one, and it seems less messy. One thing that is a real disappointment with this one is that you can't fit a bigger mug underneath, only the very basic standard size mug.
