Rating  - Garbage...
I have tried 4 different branded, and other car adapters for my phone (have tried with 3 different phones as well), and have yet to have one that actually charges. My extra dc adapter in my truck is on a 15 amp circuit, which works and has more than enough power. I am now using a DC to AC adapter, and a regular wall charger.
I don't know if this serious design flaw is the phone, or the charger... For me, it just doesn't work, and may well drive me to another brand of phone next time after 10 years of being a loyal nokia customer, on my 3rd model of phone with them...

The product was shipped quickly and a good price, but one of the two chargers received only works intermittently and does not properly charge the phone.

I have the Nokia 6133 and found a really good buy on this charger. I have seen the same charger being sold for 3 times what I paid. No problems so far.
If I *HAD* to complain, my car has the plug on my console and I have a stik shift. Since this charger doesn't bend (some do), it can get in the way.
But I have a light plug extension which I use for other things that has a low profile plug - this resolves that issue. Since I didn't buy the extension to resolve the issue, this is a non problem for me but some people may have to go the extra step and find that an annoyance.
Rating - Great product and an amazing price!
I've been using this charger and i got to tell you it helped me a lot i have a nokia n80, my battery runs out very fast because i use the cell a lot, so i charge it whit this little thing and whithin one hour or less i got a full charge, this is very good and look at the price!
