Rating  - Go big or go home
Not as good as it should be. Bought it for the wife, she liked the pink color. I opted for the H700. H700 way easier to use, longer range, holds a charge better.
Rating  - Convenient and comfortable
Once you get used to wearing this, it is actually comfortable! I hated it the first couple of days, but finally got it adjusted to where I can hardly feel it. Sound quality (both incoming and outgoing) is great. It beats having to pull over every time I need to make or receive a call on the road. You can't beat the price, either.

My husband bought the jawbone for me for Christmas based on the website hype. The very first time I charged it the plug cover came off with the plug. I didn't want to send it back and thought that I would glue it back on, until I read some of the other reviews... I didn't want to spend my time worrying when the next thing would break on it. So sadly sent it back. Will buy a plantronics.
Rating - Actually model H505 - misleading - be careful!
I ordered this for use with my Palm Centro, which has the H500 listed in its supported bluetooth devices. While I'm able to pair them, the Centro will not transfer calls to the device. I've successfully used a number of friends' devices, so I know the Centro can work, but the model number on the back of this little pink Motorola BT device is NOT H500 - it's H505. In searching on Motorola's web site, I can't even find information about this model, except some vague references that it may be a special model created for Verizon. Hmmm - too bad for me, I'm using Sprint. My husband's Motorola Q thru Verizon works great with this device - and he loves it, thus the 3 stars, but it seems to be incompatible with my device. Had Amazon described it with the correct model number, I'd have researched the compatibility with the Palm first.
