Rating  - what a deal!
We put our gazebo up on the 4th of July, bolted to our deck. The instructions are horrible, it's like they had been photo copied way too many times and the pictures aren't so clear. Looks awesome! Six days later, we got a storm with seventy-nine mile per hour winds which took down my two thirty foot trees, twenty feet from the gazebo. Happy to say our gazebo faired fine. Would definately recommend. Down side, no mosquito netting, but is available through a vendor on Amazon.

I have to say even though I would like to say that I am handy, it did take some time to assemble. I had to take a few pieces apart a few times then re-assemble. For instance, the canopy fits very snug. I inserted the zippered corners first only to discover later why they added zippered corners...the zippered corners go on LAST. Good times. Give yourself some time and have fun with it.
As for wind, screw it down. There are small holes in the base where you can screw the base to the deck. We put this up and the next two nights we had the big wind storms. I thought ... here goes the new gazebo... had I not screwed the base down, I am confident that I would have suffered the same fate as many others how clearly did not screw the base down thus had their sail of a gazebo go for a ride.
Quality - the steel tubing structure is no different than any other gazebo you will find. Pretty light gage. However, the roof design seems to be well thought out. Adding the screws to the deck also really stiffened it up.
Oh - and there are current rods built into the frame. If you wanted to screen it in, I expect that these rods would come in very handy. I think Lowes sells a screen for their Garden Treasures line that would probably fit, though I have been considering hanging those cheap bambo roll-up blinds for a little breeze protection and privacy. I also hung a cool little chandelier inside it...
Overall - I am very pleased.

Rating - Prett y Solid Frame but expect to put this together without any instructions
The product came all set, all nicely packed and all peices delivered. Nothing was missing which was a big worry for me. The instructions are small and graphic only, and are written like cribnotes in college. They provide only a basic guide for what pieces connect to other pieces. The angles, proper screw sizes to use and the correct (up or down) positions of the pieces are all up to you. If you have a magnafying glass, it might help to read what letter screw they are referring to in the tiny guide. When you put it all together, don't tighten anything fully because you will 10-to-1 be redoing something that you fastened with a section pointing up that should have been pointing down. This was installed down Cape Cod on a gravel area in a campground and I had to buy cinder blocks and buried them 1 foot down at each corner and fastened the blocks to the corners with chains. This baby is not moving - and it is located in a windy area to boot. Take the little anchor rods that they supplied - little 6-inch steel pieces that are basically nails without points - and throw them out - totally useless and would not even hold a plastic chair down. The gazebo looks great and has been solid for weeks now. I would definetely recommend this again, but assume a good couple of hours to put it together. The roof canvas is solid, but it takes a couple of people to get it fastened and secured due to the tightness of it over the corner pieces. I also believe that the separated roof segment allows the air to move through and prevent the thing from taking off in the wind - so a good benefit of this design.
