The suggestion of adding a 5/16" "O" ring to the test oriface is well made. Note: even pressure -squarely on the valve tip- is required to attain the "beep" signaling a completed measurement; the "O" ring allows this with greater ease. I might add, a small amount of a contact adhesive applied to the "O"ring (opposite to the side contacting the valve stem) will keep the ring from "popping-out" of the orifice. Rating - sbr I love this product it is very accurate and it has allowed me so save lots of money in tyres and at the fuel pump Rating - worst purchas i've ever made I would not recommend this tire gauge to anybody. The rubber grip doesn't grip, making it very hard to measure. Compared to the old-fashioned mechanical gauge, this one isn't accurate at all. For tire pressure of 35, it can display 16 and then the number keeps declining, making you think that 16 is the pressure. It's not worth the money at all. Rating - Good out of the Box The product worked perfectly for the purpose it was made. I had occasion to use it almost immediately and its accuracy was verifiable. Good product and useful to have. Stays in the glove box. Rating - traditional tire gauge takes to much time just to check a tire, no good for tight spot, stay with the traditional tire gauge, it cost less too!
