Rating  - Meh....
I got excited about this product mostly because of the style. I liked the idea of having a secure-fitting headset with a microphone in close proximity to the mouth. And it worked fairly well. It was comfortable for long periods, although the headband is very small and I had to adjust it to its largest size; even then I felt that I was bending it too much. The microphone volume adjustment works well, and is handy when making different calls; some people may think you are too loud or too soft, and it is easy to adjust. The sound quality is very good on both ends.
I ended up returning this product, and here's why:
Used with a Motorola v197 phone, it was extremely susceptible to interference. Hold your cell phone next to a pair of regular headphones or speakers while it is being used and you will know what I'm talking about. The noise was almost constant, sometimes quieter, sometimes louder, but virtually unavoidable. It was heard on both ends of the conversation and got to be too much for me.
Please note that I did not test this with a cordless land-line phone.

Great product, great price, fast delivery. These Plantronics M110 headsets sound great and they are very reasonably priced. I've tried many. Way better than Blue-Tooth sound.
Rating  - Pass on this at any price
I actually got this by accident, intending to get a better quality model that cost more. Instead this came, at the higher price of the model I wanted! That aside, this model really didn't work at all for me. Intended to use it to replace an older Plantronics set that came with a portable. It was only a few minutes into a teleconference when people complained about low volume and poor sound quality. Had to switch to the speakerphone. Got a round of applause. Sure, there's always the chance that a particular handset won't work well with a particular phone, but this is actually the first time I've ever had a problem. Also, I found the design uncomfortable compared to the older set (same issue with some of the Panasonic sets). When you're tethered to one of these for 10 hours a day like I am, that's not an insignificant consideration.

Iwas concerned how the headset would perorm even after reading the reviews. i needn't have been concerned. this headset is outstanding. Great clarity.everyone that calls me raves about the sound. i will recommend this produvt to everyone.
